What Pravaasa is
Pravaasa is a marketplace connecting travellers with independently owned and operated properties. We are not the owner or operator of any property listed on the platform — each stay is provided by its property owner, who is responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for honouring confirmed bookings.
Bookings and payment
When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the property owner for that stay. Payment is processed through our payment providers at the time of booking. Cancellation terms are set per rate plan and shown to you before you confirm a booking.
Our ranking and commission model
Pravaasa charges property owners a commission on completed bookings. This commission has no effect on how a property is ranked or recommended — ranking is based solely on a trust score computed from verified stays and reviews. We do not accept payment from any property in exchange for better placement.
Reviews
Only guests who completed a booking and stay at a property may leave a review for it. Reviews must reflect the reviewer's genuine experience.
Liability
Pravaasa facilitates the booking; we are not liable for the condition of a property, the conduct of a property owner or guest, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
