How the Pravaasa Trust Score is actually calculated

Today's Trust Score blends two weighted components. Guest experience is weighted 30% and computed directly from the average star rating of verified-stay reviews. Booking performance is weighted 15%, starting at 100 and subtracting for a property's cancellation rate and no-show rate. Because only these two of the full planned model's components are implemented so far, we renormalize 30 and 15 against each other — so together they make up 100% of what's actually being measured — rather than silently averaging in zeros for the missing pieces. A property with zero reviews and zero bookings gets a score of 0, not a made-up default; it simply hasn't earned a signal yet. As we add real data for the rest of the model — photo and video quality, cross-source review corroboration, response-time tracking, and more — we'll extend this scoring, never backfill it with guesses.
