Why Pravaasa doesn't sell placement

Every property on Pravaasa is ranked by a Trust Score, not a budget. The service that computes it only ever receives a narrow, read-only view of a property's reviews and bookings — it has no code path to advertising spend, invoices, or commission data, because that separation is enforced in the architecture, not just a policy someone could quietly change. Today the score is built from two real signals: guest experience, based on reviews from guests who completed a verified stay, and booking performance, based on a property's actual cancellation and no-show rate. We deliberately don't fill in placeholder numbers for the rest of the planned scoring model — property-quality scoring, cross-source review corroboration, and so on — until we actually collect that data. An honest partial score beats a complete-looking fake one.
