A stay only goes live after our operations team reviews it. The review checks that the owner's verification references are in place (PAN, GSTIN where the owner is registered, and bank proof), that the property has a pinned map location, at least three photos and three listed facilities, a stay type, meal information and real priced availability. Properties that were claimed from a profile we prepared also verify the owner's mobile number with an OTP. Verified listings carry Pravaasa's verification badge and trust details on the stay page. No ranking is for sale: stays are ordered by trust score, not by advertising.
