Pravaasa Stays — Homestays, Villas & Nature Retreats
Pravaasa Stays Official Policy

Guest Terms

Clear, courteous guidelines governing guest conduct, check-in requirements, property care, noise levels, and ID verification.

Version 1.0
Effective: September 5, 2026
Last Updated: September 5, 2026

1. Check-In & Government ID Requirements

All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo identity document (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon arrival as mandated by local hotel, homestay, and police hospitality regulations.

Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa, and complete the mandatory Form C registration where required by local authorities.

2. Property Care & Damage Responsibility

Guests must treat the accommodation, furniture, electronics, and grounds with care and leave the property in a respectful, clean condition.

Guests are financially responsible for damage, breakage, or missing items caused intentionally or through negligence by anyone in their party.

3. Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Consideration

Many Pravaasa stays are authentic homestays and villas nestled in tranquil rural or residential communities.

Quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) must be strictly respected. Loud outdoor music, commercial parties, and disruptive disturbances are strictly prohibited unless the stay is explicitly booked as an isolated private event property.
