1. Host Authorization & Listing Rights
By publishing a listing on Pravaasa Stays, you certify that you are the lawful owner of the property or hold valid, written authorization from the owner to operate it as a guest accommodation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, zoning regulations, building safety codes, fire safety precautions, and tax registrations.
2. Hospitality Standards & Cleanliness
Hosts must maintain high cleanliness standards, provide fresh linens, working plumbing, safe potable drinking water, and functional locks.
Hosts must never install surveillance cameras or recording devices inside private guest quarters (bedrooms, bathrooms, or changing rooms).
3. Honoring Confirmed Bookings & Pricing
Hosts must honor all confirmed bookings. Unilateral host cancellations cause significant guest disruption and are subject to penalty fees and review suspensions.
Hosts may not demand cash surcharges or off-platform payments for amenities that were advertised as included in the confirmed booking total.
